Divided into five familiar phases, it emphasizes achieving early production readiness — 70% readiness in phase 1, 85% in phase 2, and 100% in phase 3 — greatly reducing the risk of go-live delays. This method, while fully Microsoft FastTrack compliant, often cuts implementation time by half compared to more traditional approaches.
