Project Manager for D365 

JOB OVERVIEW 

The Project Manager will play a key role in our organization. The Project Manager for D365 can anticipate a diverse set of projects or deliverables during their tenure. The candidate will provide oversight and direction to multiple con-current projects in the D365 space as required and needed. They are also assigned to provide leadership to large complex enterprise projects with large budgets and teams. The candidate will take responsibility for managing customer projects. This means that they will be in close contact with customers to learn about their requirements and processes and plan the implementation. At the same time, they will be the link to the development team. This is because the candidate will delegate tasks within the team and ensure that projects are successfully implemented on budget and on time. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Hands-on implementation and deployment of MS Dynamics 365 Business central and F&O solution in Finance, Logistics and Commercials, HR and D365 solutions  
  •  Working collaboratively with customer stakeholders to implement and leverage MS Dynamics 365 BC and F&O using the best development and implementation methodologies.  
  •  Participate in Dynamics 365 implementations throughout all project stages including analysis, design, development, test, and support  
  •  Provide onsite and offsite consulting services.  
  • Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 financial modules, HR, trade, and logistic modules  
  •  Prepare functional specifications for customization as and when required 
  •  Prepare User Manuals and deliver training to end-users  
  •  Prepare test script and conduct user acceptable testing  
  • Provide pre-go life and post go-live end-user support  
  •  Proactively identify, analyses, and respond to issues and risks. 
  •  Take over the content-related and commercial project responsibility  
  •  Take over the technical leadership within your team 
  •  Planning resources and tasks for projects  
  •  Monitor and develop processes in customer projects as a partner and are the coordinating interface between users and developers 
  •  Budget and monitor projects, for example by creating concepts or reports for the customers 
  •  Create effort estimates for the sales department  
  •  Conduct team-oriented workshops and training courses
