Business Development Executive for D365


This is a great opportunity for a driven and motivated Business Development Executive for a fast-growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Partner. The candidate shall be a hunter with hands-on experience in Europe in selling ERP solutions (preferably Microsoft Dynamics d365). The candidate shall have an attitude toward generating new business opportunities and needs to demonstrate leadership abilities and support the organization’s goals. You will be provided with the tools needed to assist you when making sales and will have the full support of the marketing and inside sales teams for leads. 

Primary duties include identifying business opportunities, building, maintaining successful relationships with prospects, and existing clients, collaborating with client executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluating their current business performance, and maximizing business reach and potential with the view to meeting and exceeding assigned targets. 


  • Oversee the sales process to attract new clients 
  • Research, identify and qualify prospects from the Dynamics 365 industry 
  • Set up and run cold-mailing campaigns (the ones that are replied to, not bounced) 
  • Book demo calls with prospects and conduct product demos 
  • Test various sales tactics and tools 
  • Build and maintain a sufficient and accurate pipeline of sales opportunities to ensure that sales goals are met. 
  • Prospect and penetrate a list of named accounts as assigned via professional prospecting and networking directly with target accounts and via the Microsoft account teams assigned to those accounts. 
  • Utilize the CRM system following established processes to manage and track all leads, activities, prospects, opportunities, etc. 
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers to ensure that we retain them and continue to be the partner of choice. 
  • Actively participate in any sales/skills development or training opportunities or programs offered. 
  • Attain/Maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (AX/CRM) Sales certification(s) as required 
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed 
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up to date on industry news 
  • Partner with the delivery teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients 
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, online seminar content, and potential go-to-market messaging. 
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders 


  • Must have experience in closing deals and working within the SME sector selling software solutions – Dynamics 365 is preferable 
  • Fluency in English (preferably native level) 
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales development role (preferably B2B, SaaS, IT Consultation, Business Consultation) 
  • Working knowledge of outbound tools 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field 
  • Must have 3+ years of experience in Microsoft D365 (CE/BC) and Power platform sales 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access, and industry-specific analysis software 
  • Must have experience in the D365 industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert in the financial and professional services verticals 
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose appropriate solutions for clients 
  • Must be able to appropriately position value to distinct roles within the client’s business
