As the company had decided for an ultra-fast go-live they were not only faced with finding a partner that could help them achieve this, but they also needed a partner that knew how to implement and advise on the local legal requirements. • The Advanced Sure Step Implementation Methodology ©: Our project method is conceptualized in a way that enables us to combine many steps in one workshop, from day one until Go-live. This project method (an integration of Microsoft Sure Step, FastTrack, Agile, and Waterfall) is divided into 5 phases, just like Sure Step, but with a minor, powerful difference.  Still compliant with Microsoft FastTrack, our method has an edge over many other methods and as a result, cuts implementation time often in half.  Get more insight on our project method here.
